Using taxpayer money to produce and air a sinister PSA warning that “we do know who you are.” This is one of the fundamental differences between business and government: business has to convince you to give them your money and if you aren’t convinced, nothing happens; government coerces you to get your money and if you don’t give it, you’re a criminal.
